岗位职责：
1 管理并监督实验室，确保实验室依据ISO17025要求运行，保障实验室稳定技术能力；
2 对实验室或其技术人员进行内部审核，保障实验室具有可靠稳定的技术能力；
3 针对客户集中投诉问题或重大投诉提出整改方案，并落实执行；
4 监督报告的实施，审核报告结果，制定制度保障报告的准时和准确。

任职要求：
1.本科学历以上；
2.至少3年以上实验室管理经验；
3.至少5年以上产品安全测试经验；
4.英文读写、口语能力佳；
5.熟悉ISO17025，ISO9000标准；
6.良好的沟通技巧及团队协作精神；
7.有常规审核经验者优先；
8.有实验室规划建设经验者为佳。

VDE, the Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies is one of the largest technical and scientific associations in Europe with more than 36,000 members. We are headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, and are represented in Berlin and Brussels as well as with 29 branch offices throughout Germany.

The VDE Testing and Certification Institute is accredited on a national and international level for the area of testing and certification of electrotechnical equipment, components and systems. Testing of electrotechnical products is conducted for safety, electromagnetic compatibility and other characteristics.

The VDE Testing Institute was founded in the year 1920 in Berlin as an activity of the VDE Association. Since 1968 located in Offenbach am Main, the VDE Institute gained worldwide importance. The results of testing are evaluated scientifically and contribute to the development of electrotechnical standards.
