ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To assist the CFO of VDE GS in overseeing all finance, accounting, reporting, treasury and the secretarial and tax matters of the Company
2. To ensure prompt and accurate reporting of the operation result of business
3. To co-ordinate all branches‘ reporting & prepare total China management reporting
4. To ensure the accounting policies comply with the Group’s & local requirements
5. To keep update on all tax issues concerning the Company operation
6. To monitor cash situation of the Company, liaise with bankers & update new legulation on foregin exchange in China
7. To participate into system development of operation that concerns finance or accounting
8. To liaise with auditor & collection agent (if any)
9. To develop internal control procedures for the Company and ensure the business operations are under proper control
10. To standarize the process & documentation of all China offices
11. To recommend & improve work flow aiming at enhancing effectiveness & efficiency
12. To perform ad-hoc assignment
13. Occasional travel around China is required
14. report functional issues to CFO of VDE Global Services (GS); report administrative issues to local director

REQUIREMENT:
1. Degree in Accounting with over 8 years’ working experiences
2. Hands on proficiency in PC
3. Good communication skill
4. Good command of spoken and written English

The VDE Testing Institute was founded in the year 1920 in Berlin as an activity of the VDE Association. Since 1968 located in Offenbach am Main, the VDE Institute gained worldwide importance. The results of testing are evaluated scientifically and contribute to the development of electrotechnical standards.
