职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Collect client's business requirements and issues, & introduce specific customized CRM solutions.
2. Be able to handle both CRM consulting & data analysis report.
3. Work together with team members to finalize related proposals, project review summaries, CRM strategy reports & campaign analysis.
4. Draft project related materials in different kinds of format.
5. Submit creative & reasonable recommendations to satisfy client's requirements.
6. Make effective communications with clients under the corporate guideline.
7. Enrich own scope of knowledge under diversified coaching internally.
8. Have enough capabilities to take on QC & QA work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good marketing-driven sense, with enough CRM projects management experience
3. At least 2~3 years relevant CRM consulting experience
4. A know-how of CRM concept, such as customer segmentation, churn prevention, member club operation rules;
5. Familiar with CRM fulfillment process. Such as campaign execution, CRM report, etc;
6. Strict self-management skills and willing to learn.
7. Good communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills
8. Good command of English
