职位描述
Design the warehouse with safety first policy.
Design the warehouse layout for kitting and sequencing area, to achieve shortest movement in warehouse and good usage of warehouse space.( safety, quality, ergonomic, efficiency)
Design the process of ordering and supplier delivering system, include KB system, packing of the parts, deliver frequency, leadtime, co-operate with different stakeholder to implement and achieve quality and sustainability target.
Design and optimize the rack layout in sequencing area to gain high efficiency.
Implement new project relate to BPCS(ERP) system to supply chain system.
Tooling management and maintenance in warehouse.
Update and maintenance the Material file base on forecast and supplier lead time to guarantee the delivery performance and lower stock level.
Other task assigned by supply chain team leader.
