工作职责：
根据适航审定和AS9110的要求，遵从质量经理的指导负责对相关质量政策的制定和在工作中的贯彻执行。
根据公司的审核规定，对其他公司和外委供应商施实审核及监察并出具评审报告；监督纠正和预防措施的实施；
监控各项技术类数据，比如技术出版物、质量文档等；
监控设备校准制度的实施；
维护与质量相关的记录、数据库等；
协助对公司维修人员进行评审，并颁发工作授权证书；
审视法律法规的变动情况，对公司的文档和流程做必要的修订；
协助质量经理起草并制定维修管理手册和工作流程；
协助质量经理维护质量管理体系；
完成由公司或上级部门的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
本科（或以上）学历，机械工程或航空工程专业；
至少5年航空维修工作经验，有2年以上质量管理经验；
熟悉航空管理的制度(CCAR145)、ISO 2008 或AS9110质量标准；
英语6级以上，书写、口语流利；
熟练操作常用微软软件

For Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality policy and good practices as directed by the quality manager in compliance with the requirements of airworthiness authorities and AS9110.
Carry out audits and surveillance of companies and service providers in accordance with the Company audit plan and issue audit reports accordingly. oversight of the audit corrective and preventative action program;
Monitor technical data control, such as technical publications and quality documentations;
Monitor the equipment calibration program;
Maintenance of quality associated records/database;
Assist in conducting assessment of company’s maintenance personnel for issuance of work authorization;
Review changes in legislation and regulation and prepare any required changes to company documentation and procedures;
Assist quality manager in initiate composing maintenance management manual and working procedures;
assist quality manager in maintaining quality system.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company or its authorized delegate.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above, majored in mechanical or aeronautical engineering;
Minimum 5-year working experience in aviation MRO organization, more than 2-year experience of quality management;
Be familiar with authorities’ regulations(CCAR145), ISO2008 or AS9110 standard;
Pass English country exam level 6, fluent in written and spoken English;
Solid computer skills in microsoft software.
