职位描述

Responsibilities
1. To provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO.
2. To do bilingual translation independently for CEO between Chinese and English.
3. To organize and maintain CEO’s appointments/travel calendars, including reservation of hotel accommodation, ticketing, travel document application, etc.
4. To prepare meetings, workshops, conferences etc. by providing logistics services (e.g. venue selection, invitations, agenda, participants' confirmations, hotel reservations), including assistance in preparing documents. May need to attend such meetings to do translation, take notes and prepare reports.
5. To collect, summarize and compile relevant business data into reports.
6. To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an ad hoc basis by CEO.

Qualifications:
1. Above bachelor’s degree in Secretarial / Executive Secretary or relevant.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
3. At least 5 years’ experience as a Secretary serving Senior Management positions.
4. Good time management skills and communication abilities with all levels of people.
5. Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, PowerPoint and Excel.
