Supply Chain Manager

1. Overall supervise the supply chain department and coordinate with the other functional departments.
2. Work out the department target and budget as per the company business strategy.
3. Set up and improve the supply chain procedures and optimize supply chain flows.
4. Work out, review, approve and execute the purchasing contracts or orders.
5. Control purchasing costs, incoming materials and cargo quality, as well as lower down the inventory cost.
6. Set up the safety stock as per the production plans.
7. Arrange supplier audits and assessments, set up the supplier management system.
8. Be chief in charge of the department staff’s performance and coaching.
9. Abnormal supplier status management & lead-time improvement management.
10. Other tasks arranged by the Plant Manager.

Qualification:
1. University degree or above;
2. Solid English;
3. Around 10 years purchasing or logistic experiences, in which min. 3 years in a manager level;
4. Be familiar with ERP system and good at MS Office;
5. Detail-oriented, strong leadership, knowledge in team management;
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
7. Experience and electronic or semiconductor companies are preferred.
