Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Perform site pre-study, monitoring and closure activities1.1 Identify and select investigator/site, discuss clinical study and investigator responsibilities, determine and/or deliver investigator/site staff training, ensure key documents before investigational product shipment, initiate the site etc1.2 Perform source data verification (including Informed Consent Form and subject eligibilities) and CRF review, verify investigational product management, handle SAE/safety reporting, check investigator file to ensure its completeness etc1.3 Verify continuing compliance with applicable regulatory, ethical requirements and the protocol/amendments1.4 Conduct site closure activities1.5 Report and communicate the site pre-study, monitoring and closure activities
2. Work with the study manager/CRM and investigator/site staff to ensure site performance2.1 Prepare subject recruitment plan and ensure its complete implementation2.2 Use appropriate clinical metrics data to ensure the quality and timeline of data collection and data queries resolution2.3 Build relationship with investigator/site staff
3. Manage trial documents, operational data tracking and study payments3.1 Collect/maintain sponsor study record to ensure its completeness and arrange study file archiving3.2 Update/maintain trial tracking systems such as eTrack3.3 Arrange site payments and maintain tracking

Qualifications & requirements:
·Minimum bachelor degree in clinical medicine or Life/Biological Sciences·Previous experience in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical and services industry is required·Good command of English (written and spoken)·Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)·Interpersonal communication skill·Team player·Quick learning·Focus on detail
