Role Purpose
职位目的：

Provide medical support to neuroscience R&D clinical development

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
主要工作职责：

1. Knowledge and understanding of :
1.1 China neuroscience clinical development status
1.2 Diagnosis and treatment guidelines, consensus in neuroscience therapeutic area, have key contact to get the information
1.3 All relevant clinical and regulatory guidelines
1.4 All relevant information on the neuroscience
1.5 Key publications related to the clinical trials
2. Manage specific clinical development plans by working with project management team and other cross- functional teams
3. Ensure/guide clinical trial being implemented in scientific and ethical way
4. Represent GSK medical neuroscience externally by communicating with key investigators
5. Provide neuroscience knowledge education to clinical operation team
6. Ensure GCP and SOP compliance in neuroscience clinical development

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

Knowledge & Experience

? Minimum master degree in clinical medicine
? Knowledge of clinical development process, and regulatory requirements
? At least 3 years experience in medical practice or industry medical team

Skills

? Good command of English (written and spoken)
? Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
? Interpersonal communication skill
