Main responsibilities

? Conduct trainings on Lubricants and Motul Products to sales teams and customers in the assigned market territory
? Collect competitors’ product technical information and build up competitor product data base at regional level
? Organize Motul seminars so as to promote Motul with support from Sales / Marketing team, as requested by Regional sales force and Regional Manager
? Provide technical service in oil testing and analyses and prepare reports
? Provide technical support as part of the sales team
? Help the Technical manager in introducing new products, updating related information on products and standards
? Work with sales team in business proposal to secure key accounts
? Work with marketing /sales department to launch new products
? Work as part of regional sales force to achieve regional sales target
? New sales channel development
? Sales tools development
? Be responsible for any task assigned by supervisor

Requirements :
? Matured and independent
? Mechanical engineering background with experience in Lubricant Industry is preferred.
? Fluent English in both speaking and writing
? Excellent negotiation & presentation skill is a must
? Good in analysis and number oriented
? Able to work under pressure
