职责 Responsibilities
1、负责模具修理的技术支持和技术问题的解决等工作；
In charge of technical support with tooling repairing and problem solving.
2、负责部分模具的设计工作；In charge of part of tooling designing work.
3、负责部门质量管理工作；In charge of quality management work.
4、参加工装的验证工作并按验证中确定的意见修改设计；
Participate in the verifying work and make correction according to what is right.
5、配合生产现场和模具修理及时处理工装制造和使用中出现的技术问题，完成工装信息和数据的收集处理，使工装设计标准化、系列化。不断完善工装设计；
Cope with the work scene and tooling repairing,deal with the technical problems that occure during the process of manufacturing and using. Finish collecting the information and statistics about tooling to make it standard and systematic. Improve the tooling designs.
6、参加新产品试制，及时改进、完善工装，做hb好批产技术准备和现场服务；
Participate in the trial of the new product.Improve it whenever possible,improve tooling,make prepation for mass production technology and service in the scene.
7、积极完成科技攻关、TEAM任务，逐步完善面向制造(DFM)技术；
Be proactive and meet the goals set for the team, gradually improve DFM.
8、参与各项评审及整改工作及时完成整改内容；
Participate in all review and improvement work. make changes whenever possible.
岗位要求：
学历：本科或以上
专业：模具制造或机械专业
岗位技能要求： 熟悉工装设计、制造的相关知识技能,熟悉现代机械设计理念及其流程，具有较强的组织、协调能力，以及较强的学习、创新能力
Job requirements:Familiar with tooling designs,manufacturing. Familiar with modern design theory and its prodedures. Good organization and co-ordinations skills.ability to learn and innovate.
工作经验：2年以上相关工作经验 Work experience: above 3 years of related work experience.
职业培训：具有工装设计制造相关知识，熟悉ISO/VDA/QS等质量体系
Training: Good command of knowledge of tooling designing and manufacturing. Familiar with ISO/VDA/QS quality assurance system.
外语和计算机水平：能用英语阅读技术文献及进行有效的工作交流，能独立操作办公自动化软件，能熟练应用Pro/E等CAD软件
Language and Computer skills:Able to read technical journals in English and make effective communication.can operate office sofware independently.Proficient with Pro/E,etc.
