职责：
1根据公司的质量目标要求及客户的期望，开展服务活动，获取客户的满意度。
According to the quality requirements and customer demand, let customer satisfaction
1. 及时反馈客户现场线的质量抱怨,负责现场处理可疑及失效零件的内外统筹。
Timely feedback about the quality complain which from the customer production line,
2. 完成对于客户的8D报告
Finish the 8D report
3. 建立客户热线，负责客户接待、咨询。 及时反馈及总结客户提出的问题。
Build customer hot line, responsible for customer reception, consultation and feedback the customer’s questions.
4. 对抱怨件数据进行反馈
Feedback the information data of complain parts
5. 及时与客户进行有效交流，
Timely and effective communication with customers
6. 定期走访、了解产品的质量情况。
Regular visit to know about the production quality status;
7、 协调索赔件上线复测。必要时采取装车等方式来实车试验.
要求：
学历： Education background 大学学历或以上College degree or above
专业：Major Engineering 工程
岗位技能要求： Technical requirement
1． 了解汽车行业质量体系的要求。
Understanding of the automotive industry quality system requirements.
2. 熟悉离合器产品质量要求。
Familiar with the clutch product quality requirements.
3. 熟悉质量分析工具的知识，产品生产过程的一般知识，。
Familiar with Quality analysis tools and have a basic knowledge of the production process
4.有一定的组织协调能力，有一定管理能力。
Organization and management ability。
5.具备良好的表达能力。
Have good communication skills.
6.具备协调、沟通的能力。
With coordination and communication skills.

工作经验：Work experience 2 years
