大学本科学历，机械制造、自动化或电气工程专业
Bachelor or college degree majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering;
至少5年以上相关工作经验
Minimum 5 years related working experience;
良好的英语书写和口语能力
Good command of written and oral English;

主 要 职 责 Main Responsibility

完成工艺文件的准备（流程图，控制计划，FMEA，作业指导书）
Perform Documentation preparation (Process Flow Chart, FMEA, CP, WI);
工艺过程的引入及开发（与国外工业工程师协作）
Process introduction/development (cooperation with Foreign Industrial Engineering)
设备的验收及安装
Accept machine and installation
工艺过程的持续改进
Improve continuously on process
质量及缺陷模式分析
Analyze quality issue and failure mode analysis
提高生产线业绩（安全、质量、生产效率）
Improve production line performance（Safety/Quality/Efficiency）
监控制造及物流，并确保生产节拍符合客户需求节拍等）
Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the Takt times and so on.
优化生产线布局，使机器、人员、过程达到平衡，提供OEE提高方案
To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal.
参与问题的解决，包括制造过程、瓶颈管理及质量问题
Take part in problem solving including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality
完成主管指定的其他任务
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
