职位描述:

1.为驻上海的高端企业提供OFFICE租赁咨询服务；
2.陪同外籍人士参观及选择适宜的办公室；
3.接待并维护现有客户,开拓新的客户资源；
4.全程跟进业务进度,提供专业的服务；
5.能有效的协调团队成员工作，积极指导下属工作。

职位要求:

1.大学本科学历,有留学经历者佳.

2.至少三年以上涉外办公室租赁销售经验.

3.英文六级或日语一级.
