工作职责：
1、负责新员工的入职培训及部门员工内部培训；
2、负责部门的培训计划实施，组织内外部讲师资源、审核课程并落实培训；
3、了解和收集培训需求，并做好课程设计工作；
4、做好培训资料的管理和完善员工培训档案；
5、负责培训项目和课程的开发，满足员工发展所需的各项培训资源；
6、负责参与现有培训制度和体系的改善，并跟踪反馈改善效果。


岗位要求：
1、有培训5年以上工作经验；
2、具备讲师团队的领导能力；
4、有授课或主持的相关经验及能力，沟通表达能力强；
5、性格开朗，亲和力强，具有高度的责任心，并具备强烈团队意识；
6、有亲和力，具备良好的写作能力和语言沟通能力，热爱学习与接触新鲜事物；
7、有较强的PPT制作能力。
