岗位职责：
1、负责现场工地协调，解决施工相关事宜
2、按设计图相关标准，对项目施工现场进行检查并及时解决图纸及施工不符问题
3、负责项目上的质量分项验收、材料验收、监督安全文明施工等制度
4、根据项目实际情况更新工程进度计划
5、审核材料用量，按进度计划对材料预定，控制施工管理成本
6、协调所管项目甲方，监理，总包，班组等关系
7、管理及监督施工方在缺陷责任期内完成所有整改工作

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，机电、设备、结构、给排水、工民建、工程造价等相关专业
2、具有3年以上工程现场施工管理经验，有二级建造师者优先考虑
3、熟练掌握施工工艺，具备项目施工全过程质量、进度、成本控制经验和能力
4、精通建筑行业工程管理相关知识、政策法规及规程流程
5、熟练使用AUTO CAD等绘图软件，能读懂施工图并了解建筑材料及工程量的测算
6、能熟练使用MS PROJECT、WORD、EXCEL等办公软件
7、具备良好的管理、沟通、协调、组织能力
