职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
(After go-live)
- Deliver high-professional services according to defined KPIs and SLAs
- Ensure the timely and effectiveness of monthly payroll operation in line with global standards and country specific requirements
- Independently communicate with Business Unit HR for payroll related events and issues
- Communicate with local vender for necessary information exchange
- Maintain and update system user guide, training materials, processes & working routines, testing script packages
- Share system expertise and coach junior co-workers
- Assist country Business Unit HR with system configuration changes
- Responsibility for additional tasks delegated by team leader
(Before go-live)
- Support the setting up of new payroll system, new working processes and new work routines
- Study country Blue Print and understand country needs
- Support system user acceptance testing and parallel run
- Support data migration in preparation for system go-live
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with HR or Korean major
- Fluent Korean/English language skill
- Knowledge or experience of Korean payroll operation
- Knowledge or experience of payroll operation in SAP system
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft excel
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in MNC environment
- Service oriented and fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
