Job Summary:
IKEA’s vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people.

Main Responsibilities:
Domestic VAT invoice registration, verification, and filing;
Check and verify TEC claims to make sure all the information is correct, and release the claims to accounting system for payment;
Provide in-time support to the users and help them solve problems;

Knowledge & Skill:
Grade 3/4, bachelor degree in Finance related is preferred;
Basic accounting/tax knowledge;
Fluent oral and written English, language skill of Japanese/French is preferred;
Good Excel skill;
Finance system support related experience is preferred;
Service oriented and customer oriented.
Multi-national company related experience is preferred.

我们的人力资源服务包括人事信息维护和薪资。我们的财务服务包括应付帐款、运营会计和员工报销。
我们每月处理超过13万份工资单，每年处理130多万张发票和9万多份员工的报销申请。我们为新店及新的业务国家提供共享服务，从而支持宜家未来的业务扩张。此外，我们还提供人力资源和财务相关的系统支持，目前服务覆盖中国、日本、韩国、印度、澳大利亚和瑞典。
