-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Senior Accountant at the earliest opportunity

What are my responsibilities?

-Control and monitor accounting data quality of HC AREs by topics and prepare management summary on NEA level

-Approve IFRS BS,P&L, CFS, ADSTAR

-Control of Statutory Reporting quality of respective HC ARE

-Design and monitor Accounting Processes and key controls ( incl. RIC, SOA accounting related) - -Accounting Instruction

-Monitor that all ICC escalation issues have been settled in time (according to Global escalation procedure)

-Interprete local guidelines and implement in country

-Monitor GAAP difference , update & communicate local guidelines

-Define local reporting (to local authorities) procedure

-Approve change of IFRS accounting & reporting, closing timetable and communicate via closing letter, closing meeting and notifications

-Central support as accounting topic owner

-Coordinate Accounting service SLA management - KPI and process improvement

-Review and monitor accounting quality of HC ARE and issue improvement advisory , coordinated with -CFA

-Handle transactional postings

-Establish and communicate standardized and optimized audit approach and processes (audit time schedule, Rep letter, Legal letter, process of LoS)

-Monitor remediation status of MLC issued by external auditor, CF A, OR (financial topics) on cluster level

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Concrete Professional knowledge in general accounting and finance

-Solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC consolidation & reporting, Tax Accounting

-Siemens Financial Reporting Guideline/ Implementation Guideline

-SoA control

-IT application: Spiridon & Esprit

-MS-office

-English

-Training, leadership

-Project management

-Presentation skills

-Communication skill

-3-5 years Siemens accounting & reporting experiences

-Project experiences of M&A etc

-Presentation skill

-Expert training skill

-Spiridon, Esprit experience is must

-Experiences of Integration project

-SoA working experience/ Audit experience is a plus

-Bachelor in accounting & finance; master ia preferred

-Certificate of accounting Professional issued by Beijing Finance Bureau. CPA, ACCA, CGA is plus
