Position Summary

This individual will be responsible to manage the operations of Kodak Asia Pacific New Technology Center located in Shanghai. This individual will, lead a team of Kodak Solutions Demo Operators, manage customer visits, equipment demo, sample production and overall day to day operations and maintenance of site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all activities for the Tech Center
• Lead Kodak Solutions Demo Operators
• Act as focal point for all demos and samples requests
• Maintain the samples data base
• Organize and schedule the Tech Center activities and resources utilization, in cooperation with the Training Coordinator
• Ensure that the Tech Center and its equipment is ready and fully operational to deliver professional and successful demo's
• Prepare and conduct demo's in cooperation with the Workflow, Pre-Sales and Sales teams
• Ensure that print quality standards and deadlines are met
• Be responsible for sample quality control
• Assist the Workflow Specialists with the preparation and creation of print files
• Manage and replenish the stock with consumables, fluids, printheads, substrates and spare parts

Qualifications / Experience

• Excellent English and Mandarin a MUST
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in a team leading position is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under high pressure, anticipate and adapt
• Knowledge of pre-press software and/or color management is an advantage
• Experience in digital and process color printing is a plus
