岗位说明：
1.负责项目执行，需独立完成项目启动计划安排表，执行方案，项目管理SOP的制作。通过对执行过程的 监控和对项目结果的QC，确保项目目标的达成，对项目进度和结果负责
2.对项目进行监督把控，如未按计划安排表执行导致目标结果无法完成，需及时自主发现问题并主动与相关人员沟通，提供有效解决方案
3.负责项目管理过程与客户，客户经理，及执行方和外包商的协调沟通，及时了解客户要求，并落地执行，确保信息沟通准确，一致，问题解决及时有效
4.负责外包商的管理，包括外包商合同，沟通及结算等管理
5.负责项目预算的填写和外部支付的申请，确保准确及时
6.负责项目毛利润的合理管控，确保项目执行平均利润不低于40%，确保项目执行过程质量及结果达标率不低于95%项目日常报告（日报、邮件、日常文件）
7.负责项目各种报告的撰写及提交，包括项目日报，周报，总结报告等

岗位要求：
1.大专学历及以上
2.3年以上工作经验，2年以广告公司、媒体运营经验
3.掌握数据库营销项目,数字化营销运营管理，了解一定的数据分析方法
4.项目管理能力、客服意识、时间进度管理能力、沟通技巧、压力情绪自控
5.基本英语听说读写流利者优先
