Assistant Manager, Landlord Representation - Commercial Services

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new office leasing business opportunities
• Complete leasing and sales transactions efficiently and professionally
• Finalize general leasing reports
• Present projects to clients and third party agents
• Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner, including submission of initial listings and providing market advice
• Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections
• Supervise and support on-site staff in their daily work

Requirements

• Degree or above in real estate or a related discipline
• At least 3 years' experience in marketing or property agency
• Certified Agent, MRICS or MAI is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer-service mindset; good negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
