Responsibilities
? Manage a team to carry out valuations and land advisory services in China
? Analyse property data, prepare valuation and research reports, and conduct feasibility studies
? Ensure accuracy and quality of all work from the team

Requirements
? Degree holder in real estate, surveying or a related discipline
? At least 5 years’ valuation experience in China
? Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? A team player who can also work independently
