Overall purpose of the job
职位概述：
1.Assist Head, QMU to implement and execute a comprehensive Keppel Quality Management System to ensure all activities necessary to design, develop, and implement a product / service in all the projects are effective / efficient to achieve more consistent quality and meet customers’ needs.
2.Conduct Keppel’s Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) to assess the quality standard of each project.
3.Conduct project internal audit based on Keppel’s Project Quality Management System to assess the quality management of each project.
Main responsibilities

1.Keppel Quality Management System (KQMS)
a)Assist Head, QMU to implement and administer KQMS to ensure consistent delivery of product/service that meets or exceeds customer’s needs
b)Assist the Quality Management Steering Committee to drive the KQMS across all cities in KLCL.
c)Assist Head, QMU to oversee the Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Improvement process for all the developments
d)Conduct inspections at key milestones to ensure Keppel Quality Standards (KQS)
2.Keppel Quality Standards (KQS)
a)Work closely with Design Team to review design guidelines on the required quality standards for various categories of development in China
b)Work closely with Central Procurement to review the quality standards for procurement of building material and components
c)Work closely with Project Management to review KLCL construction quality standards
d)Work closely with Property Management to enhance current service quality standards on handover process and management of completed projects
e)Assist Head, QMU to conduct periodic review and improvement of KQS with the relevant Departments
3.Keppel Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS)
a)Assist Head, QMU to administer KLCL CONQUAS system
b)Conduct project audits based on KQS
c)Periodic review and improvement of CONQUAS system
4.By-laws and regulations – Keep abreast of and update local by-laws and regulations for all cities in operations
5.Green and Sustainable Deign – Assist Design Team to meet green and sustainable goal on infrastructure/ utility, C&S, ID and M&E design
6.Complete other feasible tasks assigned by company.
Competencies required

1.Good experience in quality management system and QA/QC activities, preferably on ID (精装修) in building construction industry
2.Strong technical competency with extensive knowledge in China regulations and good practices especially on ID (精装修) /infrastructure/utility, C&S and BSE.
3.Strong ability to coordinate and conduct independent project audits on ID (精装修) for building developments.
4.Speak up and create new way to do things
5.Honest, dependable, collaborative and show strong ownership, entrepreneurial drive.
6.Passionate, result-oriented and seeking for long-term development.
Qualification and experience required
资历及经验要求：
1.Possess Bachelor of ID, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, Engineering Management, Quality Management or its equivalent.
2.Minimum a 5-year experience in a project QA/QC role, focusing on trade of ID (精装修) and as well as a total 10-year work experience on ID (精装修) in the building construction industry.
3.Experience in project management from ID(精装修) design stage to completion of large-scale residential and commercial developments.
4.Possess good knowledge on quality tools, i.e. SPC, FMEA, etc… and on sustainable developments and green building standards (China Green Star, LEED, BCA Green Mark) would be an advantage.
5.Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
6.Able to work independently as well as also be a team player.
