实行财务尽职调查具体工作，并协助经理撰写专业调查报告

主要职责
？ 参与有关并购融资的财务及税务咨询项目。主要服务内容包括尽职调查、风险评估、企业评估和谈判支援等
？ 在经理监督下完成有关交易项目的现场工作，包括历史性的财务分析、了解管理和内控架构、营运模式及预算假设
？ 跟客户和团队保持良好沟通和工作关系，积极学习并响应客户要求
？ 协助经理准备工作建议书、拟稿业务约定书
？ 积极加强对公司整体业务和咨询服务的认识，并协助团队提高整体专业水平、主动推广咨询业务和参与市场推广活动

申请资格
？ 大学本科或以上毕业（会计、金融、工商管理、经济或相关的学科）
？ 英语达到国家大学英语六级水平或以上
？ 熟悉商业电脑操作系统（熟练Excel、PowerPoint程式）
？ 3 年以上的著名会计师事务所工作（审计/税务/咨询）经验
？ 具有中国注册会计师或其他专业资格者(CFA/CTA/ACCA/ACA)优先

Position
Advisory Services - Consultant/ Senior consultant

Purpose of role
Conduct financial due diligence assignments, assist manager to write professional due diligence reports

Main responsibilities
？ Conduct financial and tax advisory work related to M&A and fund raising activities. Main service scope includes performing due diligence reviews, risk evaluation, business valuation, and general transaction support work
？ Perform the necessary fieldwork under guidance from manager, including historical financial analyses, understanding management and internal control structures, business operations and forecast assumptions
？ Maintain clear communication and good working relationships with clients as well as team members. Be proactive in acquiring knowledge and responsive to client needs
？ Assist managers to prepare proposals and letters of engagement
？ Be inquisitive about the firm’s business and knowledge in corporate finance. Be proactive in raising our service standards and take initiatives to promote and market the firm’s advisory services

Requirements
？ University degree or above (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics)
？ Good command of English, prepared to be trained for professional report writing
？ Good command of computer systems, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
？ Minimum three years experience in working for a professional CPA firm
？ Candidates with CICPA or other professional qualifications (CFA/ CTA/ ACCA/ ACA) preferred
