Avazu China is located in the center of Shanghai and looking for mobile/online talent.
The Shanghai office is the headquarters to Avazu inc and after recent investments we are looking to expand our team.
As part of AMT, you are on the fast track of being an online marketing professional and a manager who runs the mobile advertising and mobile app businesses at a global scale. Working environments are in both English and mandarin.


Job description:

-Receive training and performs duties in internal departments such as Client Management, Network Distribution, Avazu Private Exchange (APX), Mobile DSP, Sales, Business Development and Game Operations etc.
-Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
-Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
-Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
-Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
-Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.


Experience/Qualifications:

-BS/BA or advanced degree required, preferably with focus on business, marketing or computer science
-Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills in English required
-Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
-Extremely self-motivated and passionate about the mobile internet, advertising or gaming
-Living or studying in overseas environment is a plus
