the Fusion development team, Human Capital Management (HCM) global development
teams are implementing Oracle's next generation of world-class web-based
Business Applications. Our products are
being architected for deployment both on-site and in a SaaS environment. Our applications are used by employees,
managers, and business professionals through to C-level executives, ensuring that
the organization's most valuable asset, Human Capital (the employees that make
up a company), is utilized and aligned in the most optimal manner to support
the business needs of our global customers.




Our team
develops core applications integrating with Oracles Business Process Management
(BPM) suite. Oracle BPM is a complete
set of tools for creating, executing, and optimizing business processes. The suite enables unparalleled collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE:

BS or MS degree in
Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent)




·
4+ years related industry
experience




·
High degree of creativity
and problem solving.

Background in distributed
systems




·
Strong J2EE/Java skills




·
Knowledge of ADF and
Oracles SOA stack - WebServices, BPEL, Human Workflow, BPMN




·
Interest in Integration
Architectures




·
Natural ability to
communicate and facilitate communication among others

Strong technical skills
and ability to write clean code
