Job Description

This position requires test engineer to develop ATE test program and setup engineering activity

Dutys:
- Develop test program during pre-silicon phase for bring up, wafer sort, silicon characterization, sample generation, qualification.
- Defining/designing test flow to meet failure analysis requirements
- Work with product engineer to maintain program testing flow and condition.
- Work with designer to resolve test coverage and functional issues.
- Production test platform evaluation and qualification
- Plan and maximize available resources.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1.Strong IC test experience
2.Solid understanding on Flash memory testing
3.Test development management
4.Solid understanding on ATE system and architecture
5.Proficient debug skill with tools, meters, oscilloscope etc.
6.Exceptional problem solving capabilities and data analysis skills
7.Proficient software programming in C/C++ and Perl.
8.Proficient oral and written English communication
9.Self leadership and independence, along with communication skills
