PURPOSE OF FUNCTION:
To navigate the growth of IKEA and steer the business towards sustained long term profitability by:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Through Maintenance IKEA can continually provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment for all
staff and visitors to our facilities while keeping all equipment and systems fully functional at
all times, and therefore fully supportive of the goal to maximize store sales and enhance customer
satisfaction.
The Facility Co-worker is the person in IKEA to take care of what we have, and well maintain them
to ensure that the store is "in shape as new" by prioritizing asset maintenance to maximizing
equipment
Service life with lowest possible cost.

Main Responsibilities:
? To build up trust, respect, and proactive team spirits reflecting IKEA culture.
? To maintain the store AS-NEW in the annually commercial review by clear understanding of IKEA’s standard
in the maintenance of our assets and facilities.
? To implement the preventive maintenance plan, daily, monthly, and emergency maintenance routines, in
order to keep all store facility fully functional all the time.
? To ensure BA (building automation) running normally and play an important role in energy conservation by executing energy saving routines
? To comply with government laws regulations on the inspection and certificating in High & low Voltage power system, elevators, forklift, boilers, lightening protection areas, fire fighting system.
? To have a high awareness of the maintenance operation cost according to IKEA policies.
? To maintain necessary spare parts are in store or supply in time.
? To supervise contract personnel and ensure that all work carried out is controlled under IKEA and other
applicable safety policies and procedure.

Knowledge and previous experience
Experience of working in vibrant retail environment with proven track record
Experience of serving customers
Experience of working with a KPI-driven action plan
Basic English communication skills
