工程学士学位以上

5年及以上工程背景

诚实；正直；镇定；良好的人际关系；善于在压力下工作；良好的团队精神

中英文口语及书写流利

主要职责

1、协助所有机械/电气设备/系统的日常维修，如中央空调，高、低压，管道系统等

2、协助员工，其他部们和承包商等解决相关技术问题

3、根据需要与助承包商及其他部们进行项目协调

4、在工程部经理指导下进行成本效率和质量控制管理

5、协助规范维修流程并跟踪

6、管理和控制技术文档系统

7、设施、设备和仓库检查

8、积极完成直接主管或上一级主管下达的其它随机任务并交付期望的任务完成结果。

9、能遵守员工合同和公司政策中所规定的各项条款
