Position:　Cashier

Summary: Handle cash, checks and e-banking payments

Job Responsibilities

• Verifying payment voucher, handling payment by rules, and managing cash on hand
• Auditing cash and verifying banking deposit statement at a regular basis, and compiling the necessary accounting forms
• Setting-up and maintaining accounts, keeping daily records of cash and banking deposit
• Verifying the daily cash book and general ledger to ensure the accuracy
• Taking responsibility of executing check management system
• Making various payments and receiving cash
• Handling various banking vouchers, and keeping daily accounting of banking deposit accordingly
• Preparing Banking Deposit Balance Adjustment Form on a monthly basis
• Maintaining business relationship with banks or other related third parties

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above, with major in accounting, finance or related business with professional certificate in Accounting and Accounting Electronic Computation
• Over 3 years experience as cashier in a commercial bank
• Basic knowledge of accounting and understanding of rules and regulations concerning accounting management
• Good understanding of statutory and local accounting policies and rules, and related taxation policies & familiar with banking business and taxation procedures
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Skillful in using accounting software and office software
• Detail-oriented, dependable, & upright with good team work skills

概括：办理现金收付、支票手续和银行结算业务。

岗位职责

• 按规定办理款项收付业务；做好库存现金管理
• 定期盘点现金和核对银行存款帐，并编制相应的财务报表
• 建立健全出纳各种帐目，及时序时登记现金和银行存款日记帐，做到日清月结；
• 定期核对现金日记帐与总帐，保证帐帐、帐款相符
• 负责执行支票管理制度
• 支付各种费用，支付货款；收款及收款结算
• 处理各类银行单据，根据各类凭证制单，登记银行存款日记账
• 每月编制银行存款余额调节表
• 维持与银行等业务关系

岗位要求

• 熟悉银行结算业务和报税流程
• 会计、财务及经济管理类相关专业本科以上学历,具备会计证和电算化证
• 3年以上银行出纳工作经验
• 掌握会计基础知识、了解一定的财务管理知识及相关的政策法规
• 熟悉国家财务政策、会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策
• 熟悉银行结算业务和报税流程
• 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力
• 熟练使用财务软件和办公软件
• 工作认真细心、责任心强、为人正直、敢于坚持原则；
• 具有良好的团队协作精神、良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
