Key Missions
?Translate the needs of the customers into business opportunities (new products, applications or services)
?Formulate action plans for new business development with new products/ applications for new/ existing customers

Vacancy description
?Work with the sales team to develop and maintain prospective customers and grow turnover in new products/ applications (NBDM responsibility: Innovation Projects’ market success whereas Sales responsibility: sustainability of the customer(s) relationship)
?Support the Global Marketing Manager and the R&T team in driving innovation and new product development (inc. DAPs). Potentially lead innovation projects
?Manage new product launch campaigns in the region in close cooperation with the Customer Technical Service, Regional Product Specialists and Sales teams
?Support the Global Marketing Manager in terms of competitive intelligence. Participate in the customer analysis and target selection
?Generate lead, qualify new customers, present opportunities and run tests
?Assist the Global Marketing Manager in the analysis, development and implementation of business plans and marketing strategies, in terms of application, products, market segment priorities and specific opportunities for the assigned region
?Manage and coordinate selected OEM relationships in the Zone, by building relationships at all levels, getting new project info, supporting material/part approval, new application and innovation promotion, and managing OEM profile
?Participate in regional commercial team meetings

Profile
?University Degree educated with 5 years of experience with a mix of technical and commercial backgrounds in an automotive environment
?Experience of project management and transversal organisations
?Good global vision and the ability to work fluidly with other cultures
?Good technical and sales/marketing skills with an in-depth knowledge of the Auto market, rules and drivers.
?Self-starter, highly motivated by developing new opportunities.
?Result oriented and focused.
?Team player (work as an integral part of an inter-disciplined team) and good communicator (oral presentations, written press releases, etc)
?Good English language skills
