Role description:

As sales & marketing research assistant, main areas & scope of responsibilities include:
Support Sales Team to organize, coordinate and manage the market events in China.
Identify and participate in marketing events that will promote the awareness of our company
Initiate the document and presentation according to the proposal from Sales Team.
Anticipating and carrying out research on prospect and on-going projects
Assisting in performing presentation to clients and prospects in China
Pro-active and prompt follow-up on contacts with local clients on a regular basis
Assist the coordination and management of projects planning schedule
Assist the application document processing
Support to execute other assigned special tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize
Well organized with a strong ability to prioritize
Open minded with self-motivation and team work spirit. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
Professional, self-motivated, proactive and capable to work independently, strong communication skill and sense of service.
Good documentation and presenting skills; Experience in publishing any news or articles on the public media is a plus.
Good at Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and good at Graphically design is a plus
Background in market research or advisory is preferred
Background of Financial Industry is preferred
