Job Description

1. Have a regular review about EHS performance and EHS standard/process conformity .Correction action assessment, resource support, ensure the continuous conformity and improvement.

定期监视工厂的EHS绩效，与EHS标准和程序的符合程度。评估纠正措施，提供资源，保证持续的符合性和持续改善。

2. Monitoring on-site 5s performance, supervise implementation of fixed location management (machines, toolings fixtures, gauges, containers), make sure production environment is great.

监控生产现场的5S工作，监督实施定置管理（设备、工装、模具、检具、工位器具等），确保良好的生产环境。

3. Carry on corporate quality policy and working plan, lead manufacturing department’s work with BOS system.

According to process files requirement to organize production, ensure all MFG department employees implement process and quality management rules. Make sure all factors which can affect quality within production are under control, continue to improve production quality.

执行公司下达的质量方针和质量工作计划，以公司的BOS系统领导制造部的工作，审核生产质量管理制度，按工艺文件要求组织实施生产，保证部门员工执行工艺制度和质量管理制度。确保生产过程中影响质量因素处于受控状态，并不断提高产品质量。

4. Push lean production keep going, cut the cost and improve benefit continually, keep improving production condition and on-site management.

推动实施精益生产，不断降本增效，持续改进生产状况和现场管理。

5. Responsible for production plan audit, coordinate all steps in the production process ,make sure production plan

can be finished on time.

负责生产计划的审核，协调生产过程中各个环节，确保完成生产计划。

6. Organize all production resources (operator and technician, production line, raw material) effectively to meet

production goal and predicted requirement. Take participate in analysis and deal with all kinds of problems caused in the production process include labour、machines、toolings、material and process , implement all action plans.

有效的组织生产资源（工人和技术员，生产线，原材料）以满足生产目标和预测的需求。参与分析、处理生产过程中出现的人工、设备、工装、材料工艺技术各方面问题，并落实整改。

7. Responsible for department administration management and employees work assessment, keep improving production efficiency and quality.

负责本部门的行政管理工作及对部门员工的工作考核，不断提高本部门生产效率和质量。

8. Support on maintenance department management, such as TPM activities.

支持设备的维修部门工作，比如开展TPM活动等。

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in auto or mechanical related field;

本科以上学历，汽车或机械相关专业背景；

2. At least 5 years working experience in related area , 3 years or more is in the management position;

5年相关行业的工作经验，其中3年在管理岗位；

3. Familiar with exhaust system product knowledge, master ISO9001,QS9000 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).,

TS16949 quality management system, and production management、lean production、6sigma;

熟悉排气系统产品知识优先，掌握ISO9001，TS16949等质量管理体系。掌握生产管理、精益生产，6西格玛等；

4. Have abilities of plan、organization、community and coordination, build team and cultivate team work ability, build

system and process ability, influence other ability;

计划组织、沟通协调能力，组建团队并培养团队合作能力，建立体系和程序能力，影响他人能力；

5. Able to communicate in Chinese and English;

能够应用中文和英文进行交流；

6. Being honest and responsible, Objectivity & Fairness.

上海天纳克排气系统有限公司成立于1999年，是天纳克公司在中国投资建立的生产汽车排气系统的中美合资企业。中方隶属于上汽集团，美方为美国500强的Tenneco公司，其中股比为美方55%，中方45%。公司位于上海安亭国际汽车城，毗邻上海大众汽车有限公司。公司主要从事排气系统的开发、生产和销售， 产品包括：排气歧管，催化转换器、消声器以及领先的柴油后处理系统。公司现有员工约800多人，服务客户包括上海大众、上海通用、上汽汽车、奇瑞汽车等等。下设六家外地分厂,分别在南京、沈阳、柳州、宁波、武汉、长沙。

Shanghai Tenneco Exhaust System Co., Ltd (STES) is a Sino-American joint venture, Established in 1999 by STEC which belongs to SAIC Group and Tenneco Inc which is 500 fortune in America. Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system. The company has approximately 800 employees serving the customers in the east China including Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, SAIC Motor, Chery and etc.
