岗位职责：
1.日常订单处理、输入、核对
2.跟踪订单情况，及时与客户沟通
3.与第三方仓库合作，澄清订单情况，跟进货物运输状况
4.能及时有效提供给客户货品目前状况以及及时处理销售需求及投诉
5.及时完成日常工作并能提供数据分析报告
6.富有责任心，及时向主管反馈日常工作中的问题，并能给出解决方案
7.主管交代的其他事宜。

1.良好的沟通能力及团队合作能
2.较强的数据分析及处理问题能力，能在压力下工作
3.有零售商客服工作经验
4.很好的快速学习的能力，不断提高自我表现
