Specification: 岗位描述：

1.Day to day business handling of customers assigned, including deputyship for colleagues in case of necessity
负责相关客户的日常处理工作，在需要的时候，代表同事完成相关职务
2.Handling complete order process, including checking incoming orders, placing orders to suppliers, confirmation to customers, follow up of critical deliveries, shipment, invoicing, support in collection
负责处理完成整个订单流程，包括核对订单，下单给供应商，与客户确认，货品发送跟进，发票单据归档等
3.Maintain sales system data to ensure up to date information
更新销售系统
4.Provide statistics from sales system to sales team and supervisors
从销售系统中提取相关数据统计，提供给销售部门及上级
5.Keeping close contact (mainly by phone, fax and email) to all relevant functions and departments at customers and suppliers, which are needed to perform the job and to achieve the targets.
与相关部门、客户及供应商保持密切的沟通（主要通过电话、传真及电子邮件），已完成相应的任务
6.Commercial handling of customer complaints in collaboration with sales and superiors
协同销售工程师及上级对客户投诉进行商务处理
7.Other tasks assigned by supervisors
完成上级交办的其他任务


Qualification:
1.Commercial education (logistics, import/export knowledge preferred) with Bachelor degree. International Trade is an advantage.
本科学历，国际贸易专业优先考虑，具有物流/进出口的知识优先考虑。
2.Professional experience in similar function for at least 1-2 years (preferably in an international company). Experience in logistics and/or im/export would be a plus
1-2年及其以上相关工作经验，国际性/外资企业背景尤佳。具有物流/进出口的经验优先 考虑。
3.Japanese as foreign language fluently in both oral and writing.
日语一级，英语四级
4.Familiar with MS Office
能熟练运用OFFICE软件。
5.Open minded character, good communication skills, experience in difficult commercial circumstances, must be able to work within a team, self motivating ability, able to work self responsible and under pressure, trustful and reliable
性格随和，良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。能够自主地开展工作，责任心强，并承担一定的工作压力
6.Must be motivated to continuously improve skills and to accept new work contents
