职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead significant and quantifiable service and process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma
? Support project teams (Black Belt and Green Belt) in respect to project management, change management, facilitation
? Make implementation and results of improvement initiatives a top priority and regularly update the organization's implementation and progress plan
? Develop project documentation for senior executives and other key clients to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices
? Equip our organization with the operational excellence tools and practices necessary to achieve our strategic objectives and provide the appropriate metrics against which performance will be judged
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience in Six Sigma process improvement, large-scale project management
- Demonstrate successful application of Six Sigma tools and concepts (i.e. critical-to-quality elements, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, pareto analysis).
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt)
- Project Management: must possess solid project management skills and have demonstrated experience leading large projects. Proven ability to lead project teams to achieve continuous improvement results
- Communication and Facilitation: must possess excellent communication and group facilitation skills across all organizational levels.
- Executive-level presentation skills required. Must demonstrate the ability to tailor a message to the needs of the audience.
- Technical Aptitude: must have excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills. Proven ability to establish and monitor project metrics
- Change Agent: must be an experienced and successful change agent with a track record of leading lasting change.
SPECIFICATIONS (continued):
- Seeking a self-starter who is motivated and capable of working with limited direction.
- Strategic Thinker: must be able to display the linkage between projects and the desired business results. Must be able to identify key business issues suitable for Six Sigma improvements.
- Results-Oriented: must have track record of producing tangible results for a business (i.e. reduced costs, improved cycle time, enhanced customer experience, etc.)
- Relationship Management: must be able to work across functional groups (Business, IT, internal and external) and build effective working relationships.
- Coaching: able to coach and mentor business leaders on projects that deliver high return and high strategic value
- Computer Skills: have proficiency in various software, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab and Visio.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required
