Your Responsibilities:
As a member of the Voice team China, you are responsible for successful design-ins of our product into the audio subsystem of customer mobile phone platforms, assisting software integration engineer to guarantee the performance of our voice product on customer target platform.
? Provide acoustic calibration and tuning advanced voice/audio processing algorithm in mobile devices to the customer.
? Utilize industry standard test equipment to perform mobile devices objective voice/audio tests against mobile carrier specifications.
? Perform thorough analysis on test results and provide comprehensive test reports.
? Cooperate with teams in other sites to solve the customer issues.
? Get the best possible acoustic performance out of the customers hardware by optimally tuning the LifeVibes Voice products and by giving advice to customer about the full audio chain of their device.
? Utilize industry standard test equipment to perform mobile devices objective voice/audio tests against mobile carrier specifications.
? Explain customer requirements to R&D teams in order to continuously improve the product.
Your Profile:
1. Academic/Professional Qualification:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, prefer majority related to acoustic area.
2. Work Experience:
? 2+ years’ experience in mobile device acoustic/audio test and tuning
? Working experience with ACQUA system, CMU200, HATS
? Thorough basic knowledge of signal processing and wireless network.
? Good Knowledge about audio and acoustics, mainly in the speech processing domain (echo cancellation, noise suppression, etc.)
? Good knowledge and understanding off standardized tests in mobile speech, and operator requirements.
3. Skills:
? Fluent in English.
? Creative and accurate working attitude.
? Able to work independently on customer sites.
? Able to drive activities to closure, including proper communication in the organization.
? Customer oriented attitude, able to travel (50%).
