职位描述
Job Accountabilities:
-Review of first fit sample
-Review of second fit samples, which should be made with Clients' comment or one or two more fitting samples requested.
-Review of PP samples, or Top sample or proto samples.
A. Job content for First Fit Sample:
1. Counter-check the style and construction of the submitted sample and
compare it with the Technical Package.
2. Measure and ensure correct POM.
3. Sample reviewed in mannequin.
4. Digital Photos and pasted in the report with written comments.
5 Suggested to send out if no big problem s or returned to Vendors for re-
sampling with their Technical advice.
B. Job content for Second Fit Sample:
1. Review the samples to see if vendors followed clients’ comment.
2. Measure and ensure correct POM
3.Assess the feed back from the vendors if any technical problem if followed the comment from our clients, such as changing the shoulder slope, dropping down the armhole. Technicians would request a mock-up should be submitted if vendors have their ideas. Technician would justify and suggested to send it out if it was reasonable and beneficial to our Clients.
C. Job content of reviewing of Top samples/ PP samples/ Proto Samples:
1. Review the samples if followed the approved samples.
2. Review the workmanship before sending out. ( The samples must be picked
out from BULK and should not suggest to be done by Sample Room
separately).
Qualification:
1.Acquired a professional diploma from Technical Institutes or University.
2.Has experience in manufacturing of taking different positions such as Pattern Making, Sewing Line Supervisor, Factory Manager or QA/ Technical manager.
3.Came from their first job from Quality Control.
4.Good communication skills
