GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position the Financial Analyst, reporting to Finance Controller, will be responsible for SuZhou company and other AP region, if necessary, for the integrity and accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting. She/He mainly focus on G/L, costing, inter-company transactions and reports requested by Corporate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Responsible for the regional Hot Runner accounting and finance reporting process. Liaise on all finance matters.
2. Timely and accurately submitting monthly financial reports to AP & Hot Runner Headquarters.
3. Timely and accurately submitting regular and ad hoc analytical reports to AP & Hot Runner Headquarters.
4. Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practice for Asia Pacific Hot Runner.
5. Prepare all G/L vouchers and month-end closing.
6. Prepare inter-company transactions in ERP system and reconcile IC balance with counter parties on a monthly basis.
7. Support quarterly reviews and annual planning cycles.
8. Assist to ensure regional legal compliance.
9. Other duties and tasks projects assigned from time to time.

TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong accounting or financial analysis background, hardworking and high level of commitment to deliver
- Good team player and communication skill
- Good knowledge and experience in multinational companies
- High level MS Excel skill and good understanding of ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English
- Team supervision experience is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in accounting/finance

- RELATED EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience in accounting and reporting in MNC
