Purpose of this Position 职位目标
? Providing a strong local support for accurate order fulfilment & on time delivery thru iScala.
运用iScala,确保订单处理准确及时。
? Support Trade related 3rd Party Purchases within China & from approved Ventor/s.
对国内及经批准的海外供应商进行的第三方采购贸易进行支持。
? Ensure system data is accurate & updated to provide accurate Nett Sales & CC2 Forecast.
确保系统数据的准确并及时更新,提供准确的截收入和CC2预测。
? A local face to China customers / suppliers & interface with MUs.
协调工厂和客户、工厂和供应商之间的关系并帮助他们解决问题。
? Gatekeeper to Sales Process conformance, specifically on approval matrix & CC2 maintenance (order entry point).
严格把关按照各项销售标准程序执行,特别是已批准的标准和CC2的维持(订单准入点)。
? Control & reduce logistics costs.(According to the customers’ requirements & the clause of contract)
有效地控制并设法减低物流成本(尽量配合客户要求、合同条例为标准)。
? Support Marketing & Sales activity accurately & timely
能够及时、有效的支持区域内的市场销售活动。
? Take the responsibility to lead the sales coordination team when the company requires
在公司需要的时候能够承担起带领一个销售协调队伍的职责。
Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
All trade-related order to delivery transactions within responsible region. Handle all order types including distributor/agent/direct orders, claims, replacement, demo/loan set arrangements etc.
执行所辖区域内所有与业务相关的订单,处理所有类型的订单,包括供应商订单、代理商订单、直接订单、投诉、更换、样板、出借设备安排等等。
Develop competency in the usage of iScala ERP system.
不断学习以保持熟练使用iScala ERP系统的能力。
Ensure timely, accurate order entry through delivery to site with official POD-Proof of Delivery (company chopped & signed).
确保及时准确地将生成的订单发送至指定地点,并有正规交货证明(公司已盖章签字的订单)。
Coordinate consol shipments where required & manage JIT-Just In Time local supplies. Interface with Europe & China MUs for all Import procurement (interco procurement).
在需要的时候协调货物装运,管理当地供应商及时生产情况。协调欧洲和中国工厂之间所有进口采购,帮助他们解决问题。
Interface with 3rd Party or Local Suppliers for all Import/Domestic procurement.
协调第三方或当地供应商之间所有进口和国内采购,帮助他们解决问题。
Follow up closely on order status to support Sales Forecast.
紧密跟踪订单状态,对销售预测提供支持。
Interface with Customer Service & local Forwarding/Custom Clearing Agent, transport companies, warehouse companies to ensure speedy custom clearance & on-time delivery to local customer sites throughout China.
协调客服、当地货运代理/清关代理、运输公司、仓库公司,解决其中问题,确保货物快速清关并准时送达当地客户。
Close liaison with Sales & Customer Service to support optimum Billing & Payment Schedule for Customers & to Suppliers with an aim to balance cashflow & delivery schedule。
与销售和客服保持紧密合作,配合应收账款及时入账和及时的开票,从而达到资金流动和支出平衡的目的。
Support, update & maintain working resources including item masters, product info, freight rates etc.
对现有工作中的资源提供支持、更新和维护,包括项目的相关信息、产品信息、运价等。
Support, update & maintain Bidding Documents File, Reference Files, Installed Base data etc
支持、更新和维护投标文件、相关参考信息文件、基础产品数据信息等。
Support & align communications / order processes with AP & MUs. Ensure compliance with internal approval matrix & process.
对亚太地区和工厂之间的沟通和订单流程方面提供支持帮助,确保其与内部标准和流程相一致。
Participate in Internal Audit as needed.
在需要时参加内部审计工作。
Consolidate weekly/fortnightly/monthly Shipment / Order Status / Sales reports.
巩固每周、隔周、每月的货运、订单状态和销售报告。
Be responsible for CRC/place an order/bank guarantee/bidding deposit, etc.
负责CRC、下订单、银行保函、投标保证金等工作的处理。
Coordinate the communication of all departments and support the internal department for the document management and administration, including contract, distributor contract, project agent contract, some letters related to the project.
文件管理,包括合同、分销商合同协议、项目代理合同协议、和各别项目往来书信,对整个部门的行政支持,公司内部各个部门的协调。
Statistic, update & maintain the sales data.
销售数据统计,维护并及时更新资料。
Clear up weekly/monthly report.
整理相关周、月报表。
Skills and Ability Requirements能力要求
Knowledge Requirements:知识要求
? Experience in executing contracts, order processing systems, sales co-ordination.
? 具有合同执行、订单处理、销售协调相关工作经验。
? Experience in international trade, eg liaison with overseas suppliers and forwarders.
? 具有国际贸易相关经验,例如与国外供应商和货运厂家的联系。
? Experience in Shipping, including hands-on liaison with shipping forwarders, China Custom practices (import), local deliveries (proof of delivery) etc.

? Good spoken and written English is a primary requirement.
