职位描述
Tooling Manager
l Analyze the plastic parts and material parts to work out the tool drawing include 2D and 3D
l Attend the tool launch meeting and review with customer to define the tool layout and structure
l Tooling design, modification, making and mechanical assembly for assigned project. Develop and optimize efficient manufacturing process
l Play an important role in new tool introduction and cost control
l Customer interface on technical related issue, participate in project technical conference call and provide update to core team
l BOM review, ECN follow up and implementation
l Tooling design and fabrication.
Candidate Requirements:
l Bachelor graduate at least
l Over 8 years relevant experience with 3 years management experience.
l Skilled in using CAD software such as UG, AutoCAD etc
l Experience in mold design for connector will be preferable
l Experience in automobile industry will be preferable.
l Automotive industry working experience is needed.
