职位描述
Position: Tool Designer - Specialisation: Stamping Tools
Necessary Knowledges
Expert knowledge for the design of stamping tools / progressive dies at least 8-10 years (mechanical engineer / technican)
Education as toolmaker is desirable
Good knowledge about "Chinese market" tools - knowledge about "foreign" tools is an advantage
Good knowledge about: product drawings, strip layouts, design layouts 2D & 3D
Good knowledge about: project monitoring, tool tryout, communication with project-related departments
Good knowledge of English (German language knowledge is an advantage)
Technical communication skills and the ability to integrate and motivate all technical employee must be available
Responsibility / Tasks Description
All tool design topics (design of 3D models and 2D drawings for internal tooling and maintenance with available CAD system)
Taking over the responsibility for purchased tools after arriving at PWO (series tryouts, maturity phase, project monitoring, following the tools during the production.
Solution determination for all related technical topics (team work preferred)
Project documentation and data maintenance, controling of time schedules
Make and customization of technical schedules and lists
Project-related communication internally and with supplier
Calculation of strength, life time, wear, dimensionierung and weight of the mechanical components
