职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
1.Do plan, prepare and organize local PR events
2.Develop and implement events and communication tools to broaden customer base.
3. Developing overll China Loyalty strategy that is in line with the Business goals while adhering to brands' strategy and directions.
4. Coordination and implementation of Customer relationship program through SMS,MMS, EDM, DM and corporate website as well as from the boutique front.
5. Ensure a good communicating and reporting system with the stores supporting in the implementation and maintenance of the program.
6. Clinet database management and analyze by work with retail teams/external partner to ensure the quality and quantity of client information gathered.
7. Implement and develop specific client program the treatments tailored to various client segments.
8. Conduct periodical mystery boutique with external agency.
9. Develop and maintain effective alliance with targeted media in fashion & lifestyle, art & culture, home & design
Other:
1. Arrange all boutique stationary for China stores.
2. Assist to Marketing manager do marketing dept. budget reports;
3. To maintain relationship with China landlords and keep regular communication with them for boutique promotions.
4. Prepare relevant materials for shopping mall magazine, lighting boxes,etc.
5. Assist Marketing Manager to other works;
SKILLS AND KNOWKEDGE REQIRED:
1. University degree or above.
2. Around 4 years relevant working experience in luxury retail and high end consumer products.
3. Excellent interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills
4. Team player, hard working, flexible, easy-going
5. Native Mandarin speaker, good command of both spoken and written English&Chinese
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
