Job Purpose:

1. Follow up orders with buying team in headquarters, vendors, team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery.

2. Handle production check process to ensure that products meet brand's quality and request.

3. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Deliverables:

1. 3-5 years merchandising experience with accessories products

2. Ever stayed with global retail buying/Rep office.

3. Familiar with vendor network for accessory manufacturing in China area

4. Knowledgeable of order follow up, product safety requirements, textile material, accessory production, QA and compliance

5. Experience in production quality check and Result Management

6. Experience in Import/Export/Logistics

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

1. Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities

2. Positive, performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems

3. Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process

4. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals.

5. Able to work under pressure.

6. Bachelor degree in fashion, trading, supplier chain management etc.
