Principle Accountabilities

1. Understand advanced catalyst technology

2. Provide competitive proposals for new programs and cost reduction programs to ensure that JM is in leading position technically

3. Technical support (customer trainer, new technology introduction, customer audit, New formulation transfer) to meet customer’s requirements with JM global resource

4. Design test program and plan proposal to customers, communicate customer test programs within JM; Manage test programs to achieve high efficiency

5. Maintain and improve good relationship with customer

6. Project management as team member

Education Training and Work Qualifications

Master degree in catalyst chemistry, material science

Knowledge

Background of catalyst chemistry or material science

Skills and Abilities

Good experiment design and management skill

Good experimental data analysis ability

Good communication skill

Good presentation skill

Good oral and written English skills

Relevant Experience

1~2 years experiences in automotive related industry or chemical industry
