Purpose of Job
Guarantee process engineering, asset management, automation and the quality control management of both the plant and prototype sample workshop

Principle Accountabilities
1. Responsible for Process engineering which including all the technology transfer, digestion and production application, Production excellence of automotive catalyst product;
2. Responsible for implementation of updated process and working instruction;
3. Quality Control: guarantee the quality management for both the plant and Prototype sample workshop.
4. Ensure that updated operating methods are in place;
5. EHS: Ensure the application of EHS requirements in his team, specifically in the domain of process safety and management of changes;
6. Guarantee the asset management for the activity. Guarantee the interface between maintenance and production;
7. Guarantee the automation concept evolution of the plant in regards to the EC and Q-EHS requirements. Guarantee the process of recipe transcription in automation system;
8. People management: guarantee the general management of his team, e.g. staffing, performance appraisal, motivation, training in the department. Conducts hearings to resolve or effect settlement of grievances and consult Human Resources function as appropriate.
9. Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by line manager.

Person Specification
Education Training and Work Qualifications:
Master degree, Chemist or Chemical engineering
Skills and Abilities:
Influent English skill and computer skill, good communication ability and interpersonal understanding, strong leadership.
Relevant Experience:
8 years with first management experience; at least 4-year experience in process engineer
Other Requirements:
Strong passion on work; and proactive in attitude
