任职要求：

1、法律专业，本科以上学历，良好的英语基础；八年以上相关工作经验；

2、法律专业基础知识扎实，熟悉国家金融与投资、合同、矿业、房地产开发等经济法律法规和政策；

3、较强的法务实战能力，有金融投资、股权并购、资产重组、企业改制等法律实务经验；

4、较强的法律问题判断与分析能力、业务执行与沟通能力；

5、了解公司法务运作的特点，适应企业文化与企业内部法务工作；

6、忠于职守，思维清晰，文笔流畅，能承受工作压力。

岗位职责：

1、跟踪金融与投资相关法律政策动态，并提出公司风险防控法律建议；

2、处理公司金融投资涉及的各项法律事务，保证商业行为的合法、合理性；

3、对公司融资和资本运作方案的法律风险进行评估、审核和把关；

4、参与公司项目谈判，草拟、审核、修订合同、协议及各类处理方案；

5、参与制订投融资活动的相关制度与法务参与流程；

6、协助处理公司债权、公司资产、应收账款等催讨；

7、协助跟踪处理各类纠纷、诉讼/仲裁等案件；

8、协助处理其他法律事务。
