岗位职责：
1 领导技术团队实现网站系统的架构设计、系统分析、产品开发、平台搭建和性能优化等各项任务；
2 解决网站发展过程中遇到的各类技术难题，并为业务发展提供前瞻性的技术储备；
3 负责技术团队的建设和培养，提升团队的工作质量、效率和技术能力；
4 负责网站技术队伍的管理，构建稳定、高效的技术研发团队；
5 负责协调与公司其他部门的工作，促进网站业务发展，并对公司战略目标提供有力支持；
6 完成总经理临时交办的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，硕士学历优先；
2. 精通linux，熟悉网络程序开发，系统设计，数据库设计，WEB集群构建；
3. 精通JAVA、 PHP、Mysql、Apache、Memcache、MVC/REST架构、模板引擎、中间件的原理与应用；
4. 10年以上编程经验，系统架构师5年以上经验,熟练掌握各种设计模式和设计原则,具有 中大型分布式系统设计经验,至少在一个成功的中大型IT项目(产品)中担任主设计师；
6.有经过验证的Web应用架构的平台设计框架能够承受日千万PV级以上访问量.
7. 精通熟悉网站主流技术框架和网站性能优化，有较强的分析、统筹能力，能较快的针对业务需求架构出高性能商务网站；
8. 熟悉网络安全、性能、瓶颈分析和管理；
9. 熟悉MySQL数据库集群构建、数据库设计与应用；
10. 熟悉各种Web开发技术，精通大型系统的安全性、数据容错、备份和恢复的设计；
11. 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力、高度责任感、敬业精神和工作压力承受能力；
