Job Responsibilities:
?Performs installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed lasers at customer sites;
?Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots fiber laser problems via telephone or at customer site;
?Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required;
?Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites or job training;
?Update the know-how knowledge about the company′s products and improve the service to customer;
?Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update;
?Serve as a point of contact between customers and engineering team at factory; communicate customer requirements, laser performance, and reliability issues;
?Help to maintain a clear record of the part inventory and parts being sold;
?Run customer demonstrations;
?Ensure local stock is kept up-to-date and coordinate shipment and return of parts.

Requirement:
?Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics;
?Prior experience in Capital Equipment, Lasers or Electro-Optics is advantageous;
?Self-driven and able to work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills;
?Good communication skills in English.
?Willing to travel frequently both domestically and abroad
?Location in Shanghai
